Wellness And Life After Cancer

The Wellness and Life after Cancer program is for those moving from clinical treatment to survivorship.

This supportive care program assists survivors to make the change from clinical management to supported self-management.

Program details

This program is run by trained health professionals, supported by Cancer Council Victoria. Programs are held in most Melbourne hospitals (public and private), some community health centres and many country hospitals and health services.
